• Names and contact details
• Our grant application form may store temporary data in your browser (using cookies or local storage) to remember your progress if you move between steps or reload the page. This data is deleted when the form is submitted or the browser session ends. No tracking or marketing use is made of this data.

• Consent - we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

• Successful grant applications – seven years
• Unsuccessful grant applications – a minimum of one year
